This machine is suitable for making all kinds of cream , paste in the cosmetic industry . The main pot is fixed type ,without hydraulic system .The bottom homogenizer is more suitable for the products that has some granule or powder in side .The material is produced in the vacuum condition , it absorb the material by vacuum from the oil and water pot , and in the main pot , the material is emulsified, homogenized,and mixed,the finished products are without any bubble.The pot head has  sight glass(with a mirror scraper), SUS316L sunk material inlet with filter,vacuum pressure meter,Vacuum pressure mouth, daylight opening,inspect light hole,air inlet with filter.

1)The equipment consists of cabinet and blending tank. 

2)There is advanced scraper blending machine, with the working of eccentricity, the composite plate touch the boiler correctly and solve the problem of sticking materials.
